Stephen C. Fan, Ph.D. President and Chief Investment Officer Dr. Fan is the founder of Fan Asset Management (FAM). At FAM, he is in charge of research, development, and implementation of all investment strategies. Prior to founding FAM, Dr. Fan was Director of Equity Investments at TSA Capital Management (Los Angeles, CA), where he was responsible for research, development, and implementation of all equity investment strategies. Prior to that, Dr. Fan was Director of Research and Consulting Services at Vestek Systems, Inc. (San Francisco, CA), where he directed all quantitative investment researches, product developments, and consulting services. Dr. Fan holds a Ph.D. degree from Stanford University and was an Associate Consulting Professor of Finance at Stanford University. E-Mail: stephen.fan@fanasset.com

Assistant Portfolio Manager
Gabriel Erdi joined Fan Asset Management in March 2005. At FAM, he is responsible for portfolio management, portfolio analysis, investment research, and client service.
Prior to joining FAM, Mr. Erdi was an analyst with Skye Investment Advisors where he assisted Chief Investment Officer in portfolio management and was in charge of trading,
research, and client service. Prior to that, Mr. Erdi worked at Dresdner RCM Global Investors where he was responsible for monitoring and measuring the performance of
research department’s stock recommendations. Prior to that, Mr. Erdi worked at Banc of America Securities where he assisted the corporate finance department team with initial
public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Gabriel Erdi holds a B.S. degree in Economics from Santa Clara University.

Assistant Portfolio Manager Mr. Noland joined Fan Asset Management (FAM) in January 2005. At FAM, he is responsible for client service, portfolio analysis and operations.
Prior to joining FAM, Mr. Noland was part of a prestigious program at Cal Poly serving as a member of a portfolio team that manages a portion of the University’s $100 million Endowment Fund.
Prior to that, Mr. Noland was a finance intern at the Bank of Visalia where he worked directly with the CFO. Prior to that, Mr. Noland was an Accounting Intern for San Joaquin Valley College where he was in responsible for preparing for audits.
Mr. Noland holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Economics, from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
